Here’s a little something to remember....

There are two companies;
~~ 1. Kentucky Energy (QMIN)
~~ 2. Gwenco

The coal mine assets are owned by Gwenco.
QMIN owns stock in Gwenco.




Now -- here’s the kicker.

QMIN does not own 100% of the Gwenco stock.
Gwenco stock is owned by a group of people; to include Quest Minerals Nevada

Everyone keeps thinking that if the coal mine is sold at a high price, the proceeds will flow through to the shareholders.

Nope!
Because QMIN does not own 100% of the Gwenco stock.
