laranger: ICC awards are binding on the parties. According to Article 29 of the ICC rules the only "challenge" Nokia can make to the ICC is to " correct a clerical, computational or typographical error, or any errors of similar nature contained in an Award." They have 30 days after award to do this.


Of course, if Jorma wants to get nasty, he might challenge the ICC before moving to circuit court.
