Well, the only explanation for missing this date is simple. They couldn't get the deal done. I say give them to the 5th at the bell. I have to admit when the last PR said "by the 5th of April" I was thinking there is no way it would get to this point. I fully expected a close by around the middle of March (12-20th). Maybe that's our fault for thinking too optimistically. I never thought we would see the 28th come around without some news. Shame on me...

I do agree they totally botched the last PR in a number of ways, but the biggest was being late to release it. That should have happened on the 27th at the latest.
