the fact is, they already missed their self made deadline of Feb. 28, and then handled the PR around it terribly.
By giving the "no later" than April 5th, they should have been 10,000% sure they will make that deadline...in fact, that date should have been 1-2 weeks AFTER they estimated the deal to be done...WHICH MEANS IT SHOULD BE DONE THIS WEEK.
going to the last second would make me think much less of the management of this company.
If it wasnt for Sass posting here, i would have lost patience a long time ago...
