How do you all interpret that most recent 8-K? Noteworthy? Is it a case where they don't want the Italian company to benefit too much from expected breakout revenues and earnings to the extent they no longer have a license from LQMT and the settlement was restricted shares? Or, is it just a matter of settling litigation without cash out of pocket? Would like to hear feedback. Sometimes it's the seemingly "minor" releases that can bring forth the greatest insight if read between the lines. That release was somewhat surreptitious IMHO.
