He almost has to show the truth on the non Debtor Subsideraries, as he does not know what Susman has or does not have. This is why I think the "end game" is soon. If Rosie continues to lie, he will have bankruptcy fraud stamped on his now VERY wrinkled forehead. In order to get the D.S approved to move forward he has to show something and this something almost has to make A>L and once again if Rosie continues to show the negative, Susman will then prove bankruptcy fraud on the Debtors sparking even more excitement.
