LOADING, EMILY and CE
The Kriton can load until a container ship with a guaranteed contract arrives. This is because the container ships are on a tight schedule and cannot be delayed under any circumstances. However, if for some reason the Kriton isn't quite finished, they can always move over to another dock, or even move outside the port and drop their anchor, until the containership leaves (8-12 Hour turnaround) and then come back to the dock to finish loading ore. In other words NO PROBLEM TO FINISH LOADING.

On another matter, I want to comment about the fact that I think everyone is overlooking the ENORMOUSLY HUGE importance of Emily Cotton as the PR person for CWRN:
1) It shows that Bob Cotton realizes that CWRN is now moving to another level and the PR requires more continuous attention and more clarity.
2)Emily is Cotton's daughter and (I believe) a member of the BOD and almost undoubtedly the legal owner of a bunch of those restricted shares. That puts her in the line of fire "legally". Cotton wouldn't dare put his daughter at risk of legal action by allowing her to issue incorrect PR.
3)It clearly shows that the Cotton Family (whose entire wealth is tied up in CWRN Stock) intends to drive the PPS up.
4) It shows that there are no SERIOUS "family disagreements" between Bob and his ex wife and daughters vs. his new wife Sharon. In a "family" controlled business this is of paramount importance.

Now, I don't know whether Emily will be any good at this new posting. Her first PR releases, while acceptable and an improvement over her fathers "cryptic" PR's, lacked "professionalism". But let's give her a chance to show she can grow to be a lot better than her father when it comes to crafting clear language!

Finally, I think that for Cotton, the imposition of the CE was a totally unexpected (and unwarranted) occurrence. However, I can't help but wonder whether he has moved slowly to remove it because it serves a purpose, which is either:
1)to restrain the rise in share price until they are ready to buyback shares
2)it has some perverse effect on the convertability of restricted shares he gave out as collateral in exchange for financing
3)it "defers" a huge runup in the PPS until he is ready to announce REALLY BIG news.

FINALLY, and taken collectively, recent events suggest that CWRN has room to rise, and it's insiders know that.
