Does this mean that a person will get the dividend if they have shares on April 7, 2011, and your shares cant be sold for one year? And if a person has shares before or after April 7, 2011, the dividend doesn't apply to them? Does the share settlement date come into play if bought and sold around this time? Tia... I'm new.
