LKEN was trading lately between 0.0018/0.0025 in Feb and then suddenly dropped to 0.0014 range in March before the big drop to 0.0004/0.0005 ranges as we are approching the end of March

why is that Drop???


LKEN has dropped because of Market Makers manipulations before DIVIDENDS distribution

the Official Record Date of DIVIDEND is April 7, 2011 and a payable date of April 22, 2011

DIVIDEND is well know to be the best WAY to force a SHORT covering on a Stock

and in the case of LKEN a major Short covering is taking place Now before April 7

based on today volume apparently, some groups are loading Big time in parallel to MM covering before the break of 0.0009 mark that will be a big price trigger to send the price fast in the teens

Greene Concepts, Inc. (Pink Sheets:LKEN) Board of Directors is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved a 5% Restricted Common Stock Dividend for all shareholders of record as of 60 days from the date of February 7, 2011 (Official Record Date is April 7, 2011) and a payable date of April 22, 2011.

Shareholders of record will receive a restricted common stock dividend equivalent to 5% of their recorded shareholdings with fractional shares rounded up in favor of the shareholder. The shares will be restricted for a period of 1 year and will be eligible for free trading on the anniversary date. Shareholders will receive dividend no later than May 1, 2011.
