I have no dog in this hunt as I have sold out. I do not trust this management team regardless of what they claim they have done but that's me.

I am very surprised how well the stock performed today. I will be surprised if it holds here but stranger things have happened.

The R/S will work if they don't dilute. I question the ferosity of the reverse 1/100 as I don't believe that drastic of a reverse was needed. I surely don't buy for one minute that this is being done for a Nasdaq listing. They would be much further along if that's the case. That's the part of this that really annoys me as it's the hook for all to buy in IMO. They are so far away from a nasdaq listing it's not funny.

The liquidity or the lack of, will hurt this stock enormously once the reverse happens. You gonna buy a stock with a 9.00 ask and a 3.00 bid? I don't think so. But most of you won't believe it until it happens. If this trades less than 10K shares a day, there will be a huge spread between the bid and ask. MM's don't make markets, they destroy them on the pinks but again, that's my opinion.
