SirFelix: Stock Price is relative.

Would you buy a simulator from a guy with an INFERIOR PRODUCT who is NECK DEEP IN DEBT because he had a higher stock price?

I would think that prospective buyers of VTSI's products would be FAR MORE INTERESTED in the FINANCIAL HEALTH of the company than the stock price. If we hired a salesman of any worth, that's what would be pitched if stock price became an issue. "We are a profitable, debt free company that continues to grow in size and release new and improved products". Then hand them the latest financial report. Suddenly, the stock price doesn't seem so important when prospective buyers see the company is growing, debt-free, profitable and not about to disappear any time soon. Market cap is market cap, the R/S will do nothing to improve that.

Did Andrus say we needed the R/S to go through to "conservatively double" sales this year? I didn't hear that ... seems it's going to double whether we are .08 or 8.0. I didn't hear him say an $8 price will allow us to triple or quadruple sales this year instead of just doubling it. He basically dodged the asked question: Is there something in the sales pipeline you can't tell us about that's driving the R/S at this time? His response answered some other question that wasn't asked. He also went on to say when competing internationally AGAINST LARGER COMPANIES for LARGER PROJECTS that stock price is an issue. Sorry, VTSI isn't a larger company because we change the stock price from .08 to 8.0, we're the same size company with the same capabilities to produce products.

After listening to the call a second time, I'm still not convinced it's necessary to do this AT THIS TIME. Nothing concrete was presented that states why now is the right time to do this.
