AMEX TIME FRAME EXPECTATION PER CREDITABLE SOURCE

I won't guess but perhaps this repost with the NY banker will give you some idea. I was standing right next to him while this shareholder was asking these questions.

"Talk with the investment banker Tobogta from N.Y.

He has been assoc. With GTEL for 6 yr.s. States AMEX will come after the 10Q is released and reviewed for accuracy. Reason being is that AMEX needs the most current info. On the co. and can’t use the 10k alone cause that info. Is too old. He also could not give us a price on where we will open up at. Stated he is working on a 10 to 25 mm financing for the near future this year. Mentioned how GTEL has increased it’s revenue each of the last 4 qtr.s and that this upcoming 1st qrt. Will be a very “pleasant” surprise and may surpass all of last years net income. He was concerned and excited why the co. did not mention it’s other income producing products and informed us of the upcoming distribution of 2 to 3mm “stored –value-cards” http://www.globetel.net/products-services/stored-value-cards.html called Azteca Cards into Mexico within the next 2 weeks. Also was mentioned that 25 to 30 mm will distributed into India within 2 months. So that will be interesting to see if the qtrly. And the cards come to fruition in the future. I asked what he sees when if invests in co.s and he strongly mentioned qrtly increases in revenues and income. He said he doesn’t invest in skeptical co.s. Please take this for all it’s worth and do your dd."
