RobC,

Thank you for your answers. I have no problem with Nuclear Energy that is done in a safe manner as here in the Northeast is what I believe to be the last Nuclear Plant built(SeaBrook) or at least one reactor becoming operational in 1990, with no reported problems. Also doesn't France produce approximately 80% of their electricity with nuclear power? It would be nice to see links to information on data supporting your statements concerning coal and natural gas emissions if you know of some links. Anyway, I was just considering this as an investment and wanted to know if it still had political or at least legal backing, as I have seen two recent projects get held up for a couple of years; one a major windfarm and the other is hydro generated power, but the large power lines are not wanted going through the mountains of N.H. Each case had politicians supporting the clean energy initially, and especially the potential to reduce electricity costs (that are stated to be triple the costs of what companies would pay in the southern states of our country) in the hopes of attracting much needed living wage jobs to this area; only to eventually go against the projects because of how they would damage the view(s), imo. Can you point me where I can read a recent up-to-date projection of the timeline for this project?

Thank you again, Stockinvestor
