All one has to do is review filings for the last year/s, they have been paying vendors with shares forever....

Their piggy bank (cash) has always been limited to a "tinkle" or empty, thus it seems completely improbable that they will pay cash for the note....let alone do a buyback.

Perhaps they sell some shares & pay cash for the note, or pay off the note with shares, increasing the OS / float, then project buying back shares?

Sometime back I expected & posted this would drop to .007 (perhaps lower), David had doubts......

Another note...
They mentioned some older issues (reassurances) in the press today, what was missing was the reassurance that the impending note would Not be paid with shares....seems like that would have been something reiterated...imo
