I dont know what this would do to the firms, but I assume it would be a massive backlash from public and private sector.
I dont know if I saw it, or read it somewhere, but a hedge fund linked, or possibly linked to insider trading, is no longer a company---because of the huge pullback.
I want to say it was 60 minutes.

Should insider trading evidence be unearthed, then the road to settlement, from this point forward should be short. I don't know how many read the article, by Peg, that stated that insider trading has only happened twice recently in bankruptcy history and parties settled before admitting any wrongdoing.

Yes, I think we are getting close enough for them to get up from the table and walk away.
