Pilotheating, they have to stay compliant with the filings, they are a private foreign entity(Hedge Fund or Accredited Investor) with a 51% controlling interest and if they want to continue diluting this stock they have to file. I think they are about done here though and are ready to use their "Exit Strategy" by not filing, but you never know, we don't know how many more shares they have left to dump, they could file?
