So I found this to be pretty straight forward information from the JDZ portion of the ERHC March 15 update.

"The contracting parties and the JDA are working to arrive at mutually beneficial agreements and that takes time. As usual, ERHC will inform its shareholders when agreements are reached."

They are saying it like it is. Private company negotiations are not done publicly -- "in the sunshine".
