Where is the update that would come halfway March?

What I want to really emphasize is that nobody should expect a blockbuster announcement on March 14th. As we said in September, that is just the deadline for the operators to submit their proposed plans for how to proceed. A likely scenario will be that the JDA will take those proposals under advisement and, after some back-and-forth negotiation that will probably take at least several weeks, will decide whether to accept the proposals, change the proposals with the help and cooperation of the operators or reject the proposals.

So where is the update? I don’t expect a blockbuster announcement, but I do expect an update on what the scenario will be for the coming weeks.
