This statement seems to make it no longer an unbiased opinion. This investment group obviously considers EGOH a good investment. Sour grapes that they couldn't get in cheap. Now, if this group of investors had been allowed to "help" good ol' Mr. Wilmont, I'm sure he would be praised for making such a good business decision and EGOH would be pumped as being the best investment you could get.

The statement of more dilution is pure speculation. Please show evidence of this is the only option. He seems not to know that.
