education can be overrated, bill gates, michael dell are both college dropouts, if cbai was making a profit I would not care, but since they are not, matt is not the man for the job.

but once A/S are increased he will have no problem selling the additional shares, going forward new shareholders will get in cheap, problem is can matt after the A/S increase make the company successful so not additional A/S increases are needed?
