A reverse split is exactly what this company needed.

However, there was only one opportunity to do this correctly, and that would have been an after market close simultaneous announcement that the company was 1) audited and fully reporting, and 2) the company would be moving the next day to a reputable exchange, and 3) the company would be trading the next day under a new trading symbol, and 4) institutional support had been pre-arranged.

In my humble opinion, this company has just blown its best chance ever for significant share appreciation.

Coupled with the numerous proposed amendments to limit shareholder influence, once again management has shown its disdain for the public ownership. This is no longer Bob's private company Ferris Productions. My proxy will stay in my pocket.
