I talked to Brian last week. He is working very hard on this project, and its going well. The agreement is close to being completed. No one , absolutely no one will be disappointed with the outcome of this finalized agreement. It will be very good and everyone involved will make money. Brian is a good example of an old school type business person, and gains the trust of those he works with. I wish there more like him. I like his track record and ethics in business over the years.
