Think: for one, 'dumping' is done at the bid, which right now would be equal to .00075 pre split. The Seller in question stopped dumping (pre-split) at .0013-.0014. In order for that Seller to pick back up where they left off, that'd be at .26-.28. The seller on the ask at .27 could very easily be the Seller with the 400K left to sell. Time will tell. If news/financials doesn't get this back up to .003 minimum pre split levels, you can be sure there's a Seller still in the house....'dumping'.
