I must be the lucky one because if this just holds where it is now and I get my dividend I will already be ahead. So I guess I must know when to buy and I would say the time is NOW. GO USRI!!!!!!!!!

Also why would the seller not be dumping now when it is up 125% for the day? After all it is trading above the Friday before the R/S as of now.
