Thanks for that information Liable. I assumed they would have to follow the same rules as other companies and raise the AS to 6B before doing that. Its good to know that just isnt so, those less informed investors like me may depend on good hearted folks like you to share information no one else seems to be able to verify.

Its also good to know that you have checked the OS since last reported count, and can confirm the dilution is WAY up from the 2.8 B. How close to AS of 4 Billion?

Seems to me the 2.8 hasnt changed much at all from our last assessment about a year ago, and despite all the whine and cheese parties here since, the OS has mysteriously remained the same.

Its good to know you have checked the facts first before reporting stuff as the truth. This way we know you are not just blowing smoke out yer butt.
