IMO - before any class action suit takes place....

Think you all need to consult with PL before making SL look like the goat.

After all, find out who is actually wrong here... you all thinking that bringing a suit against SL when PL filed for BK and did not want to settle for the APA... there must have been a reason if he was not right.... else why would he not fight it?

All this talk about class action this or class action that without doing your homework... might back fire and you all might end up paying some big bucks.
