The class action lawsuit against Sam is in the works. The lawyer is reviewing the history as we speak. He said that it is clear that Sam's actions have caused the shareholders great harm. The APA was a legally binding contract and we have a strong case. He is going to get back with me next week on this. We are going to get a alot of money from Sam. They will go after his personal assets and everything. I want to be there when they take Sammy Boy's house.
