had to think about my answer to that.

no i don't think anyone could manipulate the weather enough to create an earthquake. that said, if haarp or a haarp-like agency is involved in this situation, it may have aggravated everything and made it much worse. that's the real danger there. when someone thinks they know what they are doing, they always screw things up.

there is a thing called clustering that the weather people here are looking at. once an area gets hit by a storm, it tends to get hit repeatedly by the same type of storm. it's because all the conditions that have to exist for a storm are already there and those conditions will, somtimes, hang on for long periods of time. so the storms keep coming back. they had a county in florida that was hit by 4 hurricanes in one season so the theory is gaining ground among weather people. the same could be true for earthquakes and the conditions that cause them.
