I totally agree with you that's just useless spin at the moment. Regarding the remaining BOD members. Call me paranoid but if they don't resign within the next few days I believe they are in bed with the CEO. Just take for example this Huang guy. He is the president of Fujian advertising association if I'm not mistaken. I would say a perfect guy if you wanna create some nice fairytale contracts wouldn't you think? That's all speculation only of course and we will see what happens. But either way these local guys on the board are very suspect to me if indeed there was some kind of fraud since I don't think that the CEO could have dealt with all of this alone.

The news keeps getting uglier and uglier. I seriously doubt both Lam and Dong would have resigned if the cash was all accounted for. The only hope I hold at this juncture is that the remaining independent directors HAVEN'T yet resigned, F-H has been engaged, and the Naz hasn't delisted yet
