You guys are dreamin... PL filed the Chap 7 BK because HE didn't want to pay SL $250,000.00.... says so in the filing.

it was pay SL off or keep the APA going... But since PL lied and presented false information in order to make the deal, that is why he had to fold. Honestly, if PL was in the right, He'd be suing SL for all he's got... not the other way around.

This hasn't done the dead cat bounce yet... and it will... maybe. LOL

Just be prepared to make your move when it does... and be thankful if you can.
