Yes, in fact we are changing the contest a bit this year for the second half picks. I agreed with SSKILLZ1 this is a good idea.
He said he doesn't mind the extra work so it's a go.

People can change up to 5 picks at the all star break for the second half. If they don't want to change or simply forget there same picks get rolled over. You don't have to change picks if you don't want to, or change say only 3 picks. That way, there are some consequences for being terrible in the first half, but also puts in some strategy on what do you want to change. Other then that I'm planning on using the same format as last year.
