There's only one person on this Board that thinks that a R/S is coming soon, but he's been singing that same tune since USOG was Incorporated. LOL.

USOG recently uplisted to the OTCQB, so I don't think a R/S will happen in the near-term, maybe 2-3 years, IMO. A Merger with another company that is already listed on the AMEX is also a possibility. But hell, anything is possible.
