If gkg is as good as they say it is...a "leader in the industry" would probably do everything they can to get exclusive rights to the grass...I hear you on the wording of it but I'm assuming that's thecase...they agreed to test it independantly as long as vspc didn't release information regarding the company etc but if they choose to use the grass they would probably wanna be the only company using it in that particular country or region they do business in...just a guess
