Aero it seems you are the one that needs to do a lof of DD.
GTEL is not only Sanswire business. Magic money is possibly going to be billion dollar industry on it's own (per executive comment). There is also carrier VoIp and Magic Phone. You probably don't even know what each business does. I suggest you listen to 4/19/05 interview with CEO to learn more.
