I agree that those are the only two options. Got to go with option A as that is always how it was dealt with when it comes to halted stocks. Plus I think it is the fairest, and if you think the people who picked CCME are getting a break. The stock was still down 32% for the contest when it was halted so not really a break in my opinion.
