DABOSS.Great post,as always..until the last paragraph.....
(per your post)
"The lacking ingredient?? Not proprietary technology, product design or market demand, but rather capital...."

I still say the lacking ingredient is also an "aggressive, marketing oriented management team with a proven history of successful execution of an emerging market business plan."

DABOSS, I continue to admire your steadfast loyalty to this company, and I am hopeful that in the next few weeks, we will here SOMETHING from management about SOMETHING.

At what point do some of the Falk/Putnam chauvinists on this board realize that these two guys have been and will continue to be nothing more than "also ran" minor league players.

No,it's not time to change upper management now. Although Steve Ferguson(VP/Sales) probably should have been terminated years ago. Isn't it sad that Ferguson has NEVER spoken in front of the shareholders? Instead we always hear from the bumbling Falk. What must Ferguson's stage presence be like in front of potential OEMs?? Worse than Falk? Does it matter? Neither one of these guys seem to be able to close the deal.

If we EVER get out of this mess(I still say that with these guys in charge, we will only get out of it with some kind of cosmic dumb luck)..... then I certainly hope that Fred/Robert etal will finally realize that they need to step aside and let a new team take this company to the next level, before they put themselves in charge of squandering the NEXT opportunity.(they are fast on their way to squandering the PARADE gift from heaven)

MY TAKE...The lacking ingredients..1)capital. 2)MANAGEMENT.

Some on this board will say this is nothing more than a rehashed opinion of previous posts expressing disappointment with our present team, and that such repetition serves no purpose other than to drag down investor confidence. Fair enough.

However,at some point, there are also investors who may come to realize that they don't want to be a shareholder in a company where the prevailing shareholder attitude continues to forgive poor management and poor management decisions.

Some of the see no evil/hear no evil "MISHAs" on this board need to start facing reality, and be less concerned with censoring criticism on this little message board and more concerned with calling management to task. Can it really damage the share price any more than they themselves already have?
