i received an email from HCKI.....

there were a few calls back and forth........unfortunately, i let my feelings get to me and i may have raised my voice a little.

i received an email in regards to the share cancellation per press release dated 2/17 below

unfortunately, before i hung up on the other party, i inadvertenly forgot to get permission to post the email, this time....i know better, but was very angry at the selling down here and not getting any answers....and i simply forgot to ask, i have attempted to call back and have gotten no answers, but i did get the email telling me EXACTLY what is going on

so i'll paraphrase......the above press release is true and correct, however, because, of the name change and director changes, the transfer agent is requiring: 1. 'new' board resolutions 2. new cancellation agreements 3. new stock power for all the certificates......so the company is in the process of doing all of this, again.


i have NO QUESTION about any of the above..........NONE......


i believe the cancellation of these shares is a 'process' rather than an 'event'.........and i believe they will do EXACTLY what they said they will do the press release..........i have never had a problem with any of this........my beef is about the crashing pps.........

unfortunately, this is the best i can come up with for now......at least we know a lil more..........i guess the 'squeaky wheel' does get a lil grease every now and then

hope this helps, guys........i'm doing what i can and staying with it, in spite of the fact the company is doing a S*****y job of updating shareholders and responding to questions

all the above should be handled by the alledged I/R guy or CEO, not by some damn shareholder, jumping up and down and hollering to get their damn attention.............Peters needs to get his sht together and take the bull by the horns and take ownership, INCLUDING updating shareholders in some professional manner!!!!!!!
