The Japanese are FUBAR, this plant is FUBAR, what also is FUBAR is that they are spreading BS to there people like in WW2.
The Chairman Gregory Jaczko is correct in my opinion.
The hotter the rods get, the faster the water boils away. The faster the water boils away the less likely chance of the rods cooling down.
Dumping water isn't going to do a thing, there needs to be water at a constant, surrounding the rods to actually cool it. Splashing water or dumping water on a heated pipe or heated iron isn't going to cool it. submerging the iron and surrounding it in water will cool it.
It is to late, the rods are too hot and will meltdown.
Japan is just as ignorant now to there people then in WW2.
