I can't believe that their backup systems went down. they got nuclear power plants right near huge fault lines right on the ocean and no backup against a tsuanmi? generators got flooded? unbelievable.

we are not much better in the US though. right here in CA they build a nuclear facility 5 miles from a fault line that can withstand a whopping 7.0 quake. yet these areas can get a much bigger quake.
