By the way anybody can go and pay to have a NV Business Entity registered. So long as the name doesn't exist yet. That doesn't make the business entity in Nevada called Stratcomm Media Ltd the same company as SMMT.

Also it is quite obvious that whoever did the fake website also did the NV SOS filing.
