If you have to ask the question, then you do not understand the needless distractions that can result from such a confrontation. People complain about IDCC being run like a private company and then want to usurp their power to deal with matters involving company matters. The company has an ongoing relationship with its analysts, like it or not, and they are best suited for clarifying the apparent discrepency that has occurred.
