Their looking for comments about the rule also! I'm not sure if the new rules will clear up much? Now I wonder if the stocks that are chilled, are because of way to many shares trading compared to what is actually out there? It may be a period of trying to figure out how to clean up 4 shares out of every 5 shares out there? We really don't know at this point.
