There's no "government", force to store our/thier "stuff",
free-be's going on, etc.,
if there is, there's a kick-back somewhere in some book.

If BC/BS is somehow getting "free" storagage, there's a kick back in the "books",.....

If we are being "forced" to provide "free" storgae,
the pps is the least of our worries here then.
