well, there is lots of guessing going around, that is true. But we can take the guesswork out of certain specific facts that are known to be true.

As a result of merger:

Dilution is minimal - only around 50million shares will be added to O/S count, that does not mean that float will increase overnight by 50m - some shares will be restricted, some will be cashed in within coming months

Combined entity will be ICEWEB not promark - strategic move by promark who did not reap any major benefits from billion dollar acquisitions of their previous partners - EqualLogic, LeftHand Networks, Data Domain and Compellent.
- take the guesswork out again by looking up and comparing technologies offered by those 4 giants now of cloud computing to those being offered by Iceweb.

Combined entity's balance sheet, even by most conservative estimates translates to well ABOVE current pps of .25, even with post merger share structure!!!

Promark is a veteran and an engineering powerhouse - they know the business they're in fairly well - had zero debt and millions in assets, they would not forsake that if a return was not more than guaranteed.

The rate of development of cloud computing is increasing, I won't do your dd for you but you can have a good picture just by looking at google's cloud services which were unveiled recently

"WE" might not know anything but we know a winner when we see one...and you're right, in the open market stocks move up and down...its the force behind it that is different...and iweb is about to enter a zero gravity zone...just look at the chart - they try to pull it down to that gap but it just WONT happen

all imho of course
