Technically the A/S isn't all that important, it's the O/S and float that really matter, though of course when they increase the A/S, a increase to the O/S is not usually far behind. But given the fact that Mark owns so many shares, I think there is a good chance we will see him retire a nice precent at some point to lower the float/O/S
