rmarchma, as someone mentioned on this board, the impact could be neutral. Not to sound like an opportunist, but it could be positive as well. Cell phones are very inexpensive items and a must have for everybody (particularly during re-construction phase of the lost community). These are not luxury or entertainment items. So, IDCC might do just fine or even better. JMHO.

JimLur, please remove this message if you think this is going to start unwanted side of any discussions about Japan.
