Thank you, I'm just trying to better understand what happens with a "No" vote. I clearly understand what a "yes" vote will do. I do not like losing % in ownership or the thought of trading more shares for leverage at my expense, as happened last year.

So you think CBAI can stay alive without the newly proposed A/S?

Do you feel they are profitable now or is it sinking, but slow enough to scoop out some water and save it with some hard work? I'm not trying to press you, I just feel there's a llot of discussion about NO voting, just not sure where it leaves us.
