Do what you think is best, but it seems to me the best strategy for you would be to wait util the deal is done. There is a deal, and when it has been finalized, we will be holders of a significant piece of a substantially stronger entity than GSI could ever have hoped to have been on its own. The deal works well for both companies, and is proceeding forward as we speak. If Gil were to call you now and explain what is going on with the company, he would have to disclose inside information in order to fully inform you of the intrinsic value of our shareholdings as a result of this prospective merger, which explains his silence.
