bb, re the E list. The problem is Sarbanes Oxley. It's killing small companies because of increased scrutiny of corporate officers. It is costing companies a lot of money to comply. I recently read an IT industry article about Storage(disk, tape, etc.) costs that have sky rocketed because of this. They now have to keep records in many different formats and for a much longer period of time in case the company is investigated.
