Why would SL cave if they're going bankrupt? If they filed shouldn't that tell you they're serious? They didn't even tell us either...it took a month for us to find out.

If they wanted to use BK as a ploy against SL it would've been behind closed doors as this would KILL any stock price.

You heard that they would use BK as a tactic against Sam on this board. This board being the one that gives NO SUBSTANTIAL EVIDENCE.
